UC's Aglio e Olio
As always, made from scratch. Bronze-die cut bucatini pasta (hollow spaghetti), with a blend of roasted, and freshly sliced garlic in a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. When prepared properly; this dish is delicious despite only having three ingredients.
Served with a side salad, and a bread plate with dipping oil.
